If you want to find out how many active or inactive students you have or how many students have bought specific programs, follow these steps:
1) Go to the "Customers" tab.
2) Click on "All statuses" to filter your list into active or inactive.
Active customers are those who are currently paying for a recurring product or who are part of an active product, or those with active redemption points.
Inactive customers include those who created an account on your site but did not purchase a product, customers who have canceled their recurring payments, and customers who bought a product that has since expired.
3) If you want to sort further, you can click on the next drop-down box and sort by product purchased.
4) Any list you create with these filters can be exported by clicking on "Export CSV".
