If you are on our Pro or Growth plan, you can add additional instructors following the steps below. Click here to see a list of features and plans.

1. Click on "Settings" on the left then select "Edit Instructors".

2. Click "Add Instructor" on the top right.

3. Fill in the new instructor's information in the pop-up as shown and click "Save".

Once you've got them added, you can drag and drop instructors in any order.

Note: Teacher Bios can be viewed by students once the product is purchased under any videos/content the teacher is tagged in. Teacher headshots will appear on the products' "About Page".

If you remove an instructor, their name will be removed from all media.

Note: Studio accounts have a maximum of 15 teachers allowed. Please contact us at team@heymarvelous.com to upgrade your account if you require more instructors.

​Instructors will need to login using the studio email address and password to login in order to start an event. If you'd like to keep the financials hidden - please contact support.
