Can a Student Purchase a Product Multiple Times?

How repurchasing works for memberships, courses, and coaching products on Marvelous.

Yes, but it depends on the product type and how you've configured it.

Memberships

If a student's subscription is stopped (by you or by the student), they can rejoin by purchasing the membership again. If the membership has a fixed end date and that date has passed, the student won't see a Buy button until you remove their order first.

Courses

If a student loses access to a course because their access window expired (e.g., a 30-day course), they cannot re-purchase automatically. If the course has a fixed end date that has passed, they also cannot re-buy. In both cases, you need to remove the order first so the Buy button reappears.

Private Coaching / Fixed-Price Products

If you want students to be able to repurchase (for example, buying a new coaching package), make sure Multiple Purchases is enabled in the Summary tab of your product. Also set an appropriate access window. For example, if your coaching package should be valid for 14 days, the student can repurchase on day 15.

How to remove an order so a student can repurchase:

Go to Orders, find the student, click the dropdown on the right, and select Remove Order. This clears their access so they can buy again.
