If you have students who haven't purchased a monthly membership but want to practice with you occasionally, a day pass or week pass is a great option. You set it up once using the Multiple Purchases feature, and students can buy it over and over again.

How it works: A day pass gives the student 24 hours of access to everything in the product, starting from the moment they purchase. A week pass gives 7 days. After the access period ends, students can re-buy. Make sure your students know the clock starts immediately after purchase.

Step 1: Create the Product

Go to Products and click Add Product. Choose the On-demand Library product type.

Step 2: Product Details

Add a cover photo, name, and description for your day pass.

Step 3: Pricing

Choose Fixed Price and enter the amount you want to charge.

Step 4: Content

Add the content from your media library that day pass holders can access. We suggest including a variety of styles so there's something for everyone. You can swap out which classes are included each week.

Step 5: Product Schedule

Select Evergreen and enter 1 Day for a day pass or 7 Days for a week pass.

Step 6: Events (Optional)

You can schedule live events inside this product, but keep in mind that events in the day pass product are only accessible to day pass holders. For most studios, we recommend using pre-recorded content for day passes and keeping live events in your membership product instead.

Step 7: Publish

Set the status to Published. Most importantly, turn on Multiple Purchases in the Summary tab. This is what allows students to buy the pass more than once.
