How do I cancel my account?

How to cancel your Marvelous teacher or studio account, including what happens to your content and student subscriptions.

We're sorry to see you go. Before you cancel, here are a couple of things to consider:

Need a lower-cost option? You can downgrade to a smaller plan instead of canceling entirely. Reach out to us in live chat and we can help you find the right fit.

Just need a break? Let us know — we may be able to help with a pause or temporary arrangement.

If you've decided to move on, here's how to close your account and what to expect.

Step 1 — Cancel your Marvelous subscription

1) Log in to your site.

2) Click "Settings" in the bottom left corner of your dashboard, then click "Account information." You can also go directly to app.heymarvelous.com/settings.

3) Click "Delete Account."

You'll continue to have access to your account until the end of your current billing cycle.

Step 2 — Cancel your students' recurring subscriptions

This is important. Canceling your Marvelous account does not automatically stop your students' recurring payments. You'll need to cancel those separately to make sure your students aren't charged after you leave.

If you use Stripe: Go through your active subscriptions and cancel each student's order from within Marvelous, or cancel them directly in your Stripe dashboard. Here's how to cancel Stripe subscriptions →

If you use PayPal: PayPal does not allow third-party apps like Marvelous to stop recurring payments. You'll need to log into your PayPal Business account and cancel each subscription manually. Here's how to cancel PayPal subscriptions →

What happens after you cancel?

• You'll keep access to your dashboard until the end of your current billing period.

• Your site will no longer be accessible to students after your account closes.

• If you'd like to export your student list before closing, go to Customers → All Customers → Export CSV.

• If you change your mind later, reach out to us — we're always happy to help you get set up again.
