To set the timezone on your account Settings on the bottom left corner of your account.

Click on Account Settings.

Then select your timezone from the list in the drop down bar. Once selected the page will automatically save.

Note: The timezone settings will only affect the time shown in the event notifications being sent out. Calendar events will show the time based on your device's timezone.
