When you archive a product, it hides it from the teacher dashboard and places it in the Archive tab.

If a student has purchased the product, they will continue to see it in their dashboard and access the product until their access expires. If you would like the product to be hidden from your shop, you will need to do this manually.

To archive a product select the product you would like to archive then click on "edit product". Navigate to the Summary page of the product.

Next, scroll to "Archive product" and toggle to the "on" position.

Once toggled, the product will be hidden in your teacher dashboard and shown in the archive tab.

If you'd like for students to retain access to the product - keep the product published and archived.

If you'd like students to lose access to the product - unpublish the product and archive it.
