This option allows your event's description to be automatically copied into your event recording's description. The instructions below will help you configure your event.

1. Click on Calendar on the left side then Add event on the upper right-hand side.

2. Add in your event details, then add your event description by clicking on + Add event description.

3. Type or copy/paste your event description and click on Save.

4. Scroll down and set "Copy event description to recording description" to Yes.
