Comments on media are enabled by default. This article will show you how to disable comments if you’d rather not have them. Comment must be disabled on a product by product basis.

How to Disable Comments

To disable comments, click on Products on the left then select the product for which you’d like to disable comments.

Click on Edit Product on the top right and then go to the Summary tab.

Scroll down and toggle Comments enabled to No
​

Once disabled click on Save Product on the top right.

Students will no longer be able to comment on media items or view comments that may be attached to those media items.

Repeat this process for any other products you’d like to disable comments on.
