Note: Redemptions can only be removed one at a time. You cannot delete multiple redemptions at once.

From the student details page, click on ClassCard. Click on the 3 vertical dots on the right and select Remove Credit.

The number of available credits should now decrease.

Note: You cannot adjust the expiration date of a ClassCard or redemption. If you would like to extend the expiration of a redemption, please reach out to us.
