Marvelous is not currently HIPAA compliant.
If your practice requires HIPAA compliance (for example, if you're a licensed therapist or healthcare provider storing protected health information), please be aware that Marvelous does not currently offer a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) or the specific security controls required by HIPAA.
That said, many wellness professionals use Marvelous for offerings that don't involve protected health information. Teaching yoga classes, selling fitness courses, offering nutrition education, and running wellness memberships typically do not require HIPAA compliance.
