Enabling product ratings and reviews is an excellent way to encourage customers to vocalize their opinions about your products. And the best part? It's incredibly easy to set up.
Below we share a step-by-step guide on how you can enable reviews for your products and what it looks like to potential customers looking at your product.
How to enable product ratings and reviews
To enable product reviews click Settings on the bottom left corner of your Marvelous Dashboard and select Account information.
Scroll down to Product ratings and reviews. Switch it on by clicking on the toggle on the right. Choose the rating icon you'd like to use by clicking on the drop down.
If you want to see what people have said about the products you sell, click Products in the left-hand navigation, then open the product you're interested in. Scroll down a little and click on the Reviews tab.
To see the full review, click on the review text.
To hide the review, click on the eye icon to the right.
Note:
Students can submit one review per product if they have purchased the product.
Reviews can be submitted with just a rating and no review text.
Initially, 10 reviews will be loaded and then an infinite scroll will be available.
Users can view the number of reviews and the average review score next to the product title.
Your customer reviews appear as a tab in your product page as per the image below:
Tip: To speed up the collection of reviews, you could send your existing customers a link to the Reviews tab of the product and ask them to leave a review.
