Teachers or studios may want to upgrade existing products by creating a new one, often upgrading their membership single product to a bundle. This feature allows teachers and studios to easily transfer students from one product to the other.
Note:
This action will move both active and inactive students to the new product. Once transferred, their purchase records will reflect the new product.
Inactive students will not gain access to the new product.
Students' payments will not be affected. If the new product's price is higher than the original product - students will continue paying the amount they originally signed up for.
If the original product was set to a recurring price and the new product is set to fixed - students who have been moved will continue to be on a subscription.
Moving students to ClassCard and Private Space products is not possible
1. Click on Products on the left and then click on the product that you're moving students from.
2. Scroll down and click on Move Customers.
3. Select the product you'd like to move students to and then click on Move customers.
4. Click on Confirm on the final pop up. Once confirmed the action cannot be reversed.
