Canceling a subscription or removing an order in Hey Marvelous doesn't process a refund in Stripe.

Refunds are done directly in Stripe. You can process a full or partial refund for fixed or recurring priced (subscriptions or memberships) products.

How to do a one-time full/partial refund:

1. After logging in on your Stripe account, click on Customers on the left then click on their email address.

2. Once you've opened their Stripe profile, scroll down and you'll see a list of their payments. Click on the 3 horizontal dots on the right of the payment and select Refund payment.

3. Type the amount of the refund and select a reason. Make sure to double-check the amount; Stripe defaults to a full refund. Click Refund.
