What to do if you need to refund in Stripe.

Canceling a subscription or removing an order in Hey Marvelous doesn't process a refund in Stripe.

Refunds are done directly in Stripe. You can process a full or partial refund for fixed or recurring priced (subscriptions or memberships) products.

Processing the refund

  1. Click on Payments on the left then click on your student's payment.

  2. Click on Refund on the top right and type in the amount. Select the reason and add any details necessary. Once done, click on Refund.

  3. The refund should now be reflected on the payment's timeline.
