If you need to update your credit card, follow the steps below:
Log into your Hey Marvelous account
Click on the drop-down arrow next to your name on the upper right-hand corner, then select “My Settings”.
3. Scroll down to Subscriptions and click on the button, "Update payment info".
4. Type in your updated card information and click Confirm.
Note: Note: If you can't see an existing subscription that means that your subscription has been canceled. You'll need to purchase the product again. Make sure to switch off "Use existing card" to enter the new card information.
Click on Purchase subscription or Purchase product to enter your new card details.
If a student needs to update their credit card, the student must log in to their PayPal account and update their details.
For Payment Plans
1. Click on your name on the top right side and then My Settings.
2. Scroll down to Subscriptions then click on View past purchases.
3. Click on the installment on the right next to your payment.
4. Click on Update Credit Card and type in your new card's information in the box that opens. Click on Confirm after.
