If someone paid full price and they should have used a coupon, you can edit their subscription in Stripe
Search and find the student in the search bar
Click on their name.
Scroll down until you see SUBSCRIPTIONS
Click on the pencil (or the three dots and choose Update Subscription)
You can click on ADD TRIAL and add the number of days equal to the coupon that should have been applied.
To save click on Update Subscription.
