How to Add Free ClassCard™ Redemptions
To add free redemptions to the people who have bought a specific ClassCard™ Product:
Open your ClassCard™ Product.
Scroll down to see the list of purchase information and click + Free redemptions.
Note: The number of redemptions is automatically set to the amount associated with the ClassCard™. For example, if it is a 5-pass ClassCard™ then you can add another 5 redemptions, if it is a 10-pass ClassCard™ then you can add another 10 redemptions, and so on.
A pop-up will display asking you if you are certain that your want to add free redemptions to all customers who have bought this specific ClassCard™. Click Confirm and the redemptions will be added to all customers who have purchased that specific ClassCard™.
