The Checkout Preferences allow studios to collect additional student information during checkout. You can find Checkout Preferences by going to Settings on the bottom left then Account information.
Scroll down and enable the field you'd like to include during checkout by switching it on. Make sure to also click on "Require for checkout" if you want a field to be mandatory.
You can enable and require multiple fields as needed.
This is how it will look during checkout when fields are required.
Unchecking "Require for checkout" but enabling it will make it optional during checkout.
On checkout an optional field will be shown. Clicking on it will show the the enabled but not required field.
To view the information students entered, go to Customers on the left, search for the customer and click on their name.
You'll see their information at the top.
